This company was amazing to work with. Their customer service was fantastic. There was a small shipping issue. I emailed Lovemade14 and they responded very quickly and then went above and beyond to solve the issue. They sent multiple emails and made multiple calls to make sure that I got my cabinet. When I received my cabinet, I couldn't be happier! It's absolutely gorgeous and well made. I looks amazing! Great company, great customer service, great product. I would recommend them to everyone!
First review I've ever written but I'm so impressed not only with the quality of my hamper but with the professionalism of the company. They responded quickly to any of my questions in a very friendly manner that I thought I knew them personally. Just wish I needed some more of their products.
From beginning to end I have been impressed with Lovemade 14 and the Tilt Out Trash Bin they made for me. This trash bin is definitely a beautiful sight to see in my kitchen! They hands down have the most unique trash bins with unique options like barn metal, chalkboard, Cooper tin, and more. Their communication was thorough so you knew exactly what to expect through the whole process. They also sent an email when they where done building my trash bin with pictures of the bin and what next steps where. They use high quality materials and I am excited to have this trash bin for many many years to come. I will definitely be using them in the future for a laundry hamper!
