I was not impressed purchased a phone 2 weeks a go and the battery would not recharge and they told me I got to wait 3 to 5 days to get a replacement under warranty

WAAAAAAAAY better customer service than all of the other Metro stores in Kansas. Did not overcharge and was very friendly. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!!!

Would rate it better but when turning my phone on she didn't give me the plan I wanted. Now I don't even have hotspot.
