Will at CBC-CC was very responsive! I bought a Laptop that arrived with a different screen than I had ordered and Will offered to replace it, but I ask for correct screen to be sent directly to me. I received it in just a couple days and was able to replace it on the system. When a problem developed with the left mouse button after a few weeks a new trackpad was sent quickly and follow up interactions have been consistently responsive and professional. For example, when I needed guidance installing the replacement trackpad, detail instructions were emailed to me within minutes. The laptop is working perfectly now and is just what I ordered. Also, CBC-CC's return policy (though I didn't need to use it) is very generous. I'm grateful to find a knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable Computer Consultant and will purchase from them again.
