We recently purchased a new phone at this location. It has been The Best experience we had in any T-Mobile store. Both Garrett & Daniel are truly knowledgeable, attentive, extremely helpful, and polite and their service was outstanding. They helped us to choose phone and accessories, explained many options and details. Garrett connected to the corporate office and helped us to adjust our current plan to greater one with new excellent futures and better price! Smoothly transferred info from our old phone to a new one.nWe strongly recommend this location!nnAnother Amazing experience with this T-Mobile store!nWe had some problem with texting on my husband’s phone. We spent yesterday 2 hours with T- Mobile customer service and another hour with Apple support, did not get ANY results.nToday we went to T-Mobile store (now our favorite!) and were greeted by store manager Cam Campbell.nIt took him less than few minutes to fix that problem! STUNNING!!!nIf you have any questions or issues with your phone or service, just go there!nGreat customer service! Highly recommend this location!

Garrett and Shevy helped me with paying my bill and then gave great advice about upgrading soon. Definitely come talk to them. They will get you right
