Absolutely wonderful people! Couldn't have asked for a better place to have done business with at this time of loss! All staff was more then pleasant and compassionate. The price of there service was a small fraction of anywhere else with all of the same accommodations

We would like to thank Cashatt Family from the bottom of our hearts for their loving care of my wife who passed away so suddenly. They are people you will want to adopt as your own family. They truly move mountains to make things as easy as they can be at such a difficult time.

The entire Cashatt family was more than helpful and kind during the entire process. They are not a Monday-Friday 9-5 organization. They work around the clock to make sure families are getting the support they need even after hours. They did not try to upsell us or push us to do or buy anything we didn't plan to. They helped take the burden off of my sister and I when our father passed away. We had no idea where to begin. They answered every question we had, no matter how silly the question may have been. They even met us after hours so we could see our father's body one last time before cremation. They are a wonderful family and went above and beyond for us and the price was very reasonable as well.

My family and I were referred to Cashatt Family Funeral Home by hospice care. They made a great first impression by coming to our home to make arrangements. They did not follow through with many of the things they promised and we paid for. Stay away!nn1. The casket didn't arrive on time.nn2. There was a makeup smudge on the top of the casket. I had to explain what it was to several extended family members.nn3. The hair was disheveled and the body was sweating like a can of cold soda on a hot day.nn4. The Memorial DVDs ($150) were not at the visitation and would not have arrived if we did not pester them repeatedly. I personally asked Jeanette, the mother, about the DVDS and she was rude and had no idea what I was talking about. When they finally did arrive, they were incomplete. Ryan personally told us we would receive a refund. WE DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.nn5. The limo they reserved for us on the day of the funeral was like something out of a movie. The driver did not know where he was going. The limo WAS NOT SAFE. The limo did not have a/c (it was a 90 degree day with 10 people dressed in black stuffed in the back of a limo). When the limo was not functioning properly, the driver TURNED OFF THE LIMO ON THE HIGHWAY. When we requested a new limo, the driver was rude to us. The second limo STILL DID NOT HAVE A/C.nn6. Since the limo didn't work, we were late to the military service scheduled at 12:30. We arrived at 1:10 approximately. We were rushed out of the service area for the next funeral which was at 1:30.nn7. When we called to confront Ryan about all the things that went wrong, his mother answered the phone and was INCREDIBLY RUDE. This woman should be kept away from grieving families.nnWe never received a refund for the awful limo service or the DVD. I attempted to contact Ryan several times but he didn't answer his phone or return my calls or emails.

Great service in a difficult time! He explained options very well, was patient and concerned with the needs of the family, and the actual service went as great as can be expected considering. Would definitely recommend.
