I have been calling since October 2,020 because I need to make an appointment and I have not been able to, they answer and they say that there are no appointments, and then they told me that in January 2,021 they were going to see appointments and nothing yet, and I keep calling and the phones ring Busy, I don't know what's wrong, it's a bad service, it's stressful and sad that this is happening at the Guatemalan consulate. ud83eudd7aud83eudd7aud83dude14ud83dude14
