Eat Sprout Cafe and Bakery

Finally awesome coffee downtown in St Michael’s! I’m currently having a pour over Mexican Chiapas, yesterday’s latte was great and day before my cappuccino was well made and delicious. It’a a big space but feels cozy and the barista is super friendly and helpful (and dog friendly)-great vibe in here. Food is top notch as well, coffee cake and chocolate babka hitting the spot. Sprout uses beans from the Night Kitchen in Denton, I think they’re a few notches up in terms of creativity and flavor compared to the other local spots. 5 stars-definitely worth a stop, or several!

Spent a week in St. Michael’s and ended up trying most every coffee shop. Went back to Sprout the most. Price was reasonable, solid food and baked goods, coffee drinks were all consistently good! Owners (or whoever was working the coffee bar) was always very nice, helpful, and outgoing!nnI can definitely see this place being really popular once the tourism in the area stabilizes again.

They are mostly about prepackaged meals, only make acai bowls to order. They can microwave the other foods. I am still rating 5 stars because the food is top notch tasty, healthy, unexpectedly unusual. Lots of vegetarian choices, but something for everyone.

Great place for healthy delicious food. Breakfast, lunch, takeout. Not fatty, not too much seafood.

Stopped by around noon on Sunday for coffee and cakes. Good coffee, good coffee cake, pretty good Babca. $26.00 for two coffees and two pieces of coffee cake seems a little too much for my taste. Ambience is nice , store was clean. Nice area to sit outside but at what price. One of those one time visits for us. Amended Review..................The matter has been resolved thanks to a speedy response from management it was down to miscommunication.
