Kent Island Crab Cakes

My parents ordered crab cakes from Kent Island via Goldbelly for my 50th birthday. They arrived room temperature a day late. They came in a styrofoam box with all sorts of messaging about dry ice, but there wasn't any dry ice in there - only an empty plastic bag with a message about dry ice. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Places a purchase on 12/-16/2020, my card was charged immediately, i received an email with the purchase number and zero communication ever since. . I have called (no answer), i have emailed - no response. I downloaded the ShopOrder tracking app - no updates other than my charged amount. I heard these were great but unfortunately the customer service is non-existent - buyer beware!

I received the Gluten Free Kent Island Crab Cake Quiche as a Christmas gift! What a uniquely delicious pie. It arrived in perfect condition and completely frozen. I followed the included directions for baking.nThe quiche baked firm with a nice golden crust. It was creamy with chunks of crab meat. The crust was flaky and buttery flavored. Kudos Kent Island Crab Cakes for putting together a delicious gluten free product!

We Have sent Kent Island Crab Cakes twice now via their shipping service. The first Time we sent An item it showed up defrosted and warm. Just recently we sent an order to our in-laws down in Florida again. This time they missed labeled our package and sent it to The wrong address. So now my mother-in-law didn’t get her crab cakes for Mother’s Day. Thanks you guys, you are providing some great service.nnYes They did make good on their order and resent the Crabcakes, But I still have to share that this is unsatisfactory service twice now.

I received a box of 4 Maryland style crab cakes as a gift and they were absolutely wonderful! My wife, daughter, and I were able to make 2 dinners out of these and we couldn’t have been happier.nnWhat better way to shelter in place than to have the world’s best crab cakes!
