Small batch bakery and coffee shop. Make sure you stop in early so they have the best variety/quantities. Everything we had was delicious, including the lavender latte and brown sugar latte. We drive over an hour to support this business and the Saturday morning Farmer's Market. This is a must-try location if you are in the area!

Really enjoy the food but the steps are totally scary. Very narrow with no handrail and the door handle is low and difficult to manage if you have anything in your hands. Greatly diminished menu with most items sold out by noon which may be a result of the pandemic. BEST BAGUETTE anywhere around but I dread the stairs so much I just don't risk it as often as I would if there were an accessible entrance.

If your in Chestertown DO NOT MISS THIS SPOT! I would provide a photo but I eat everything before I can snap a pic. The bread, Croissants sun buns, coffee, sandwiches EVERYTHING is fantastic. I can't recumbent this place more. Very similar to Tartine in San Fran just in Maryland. GO !

If you are visiting Chestertown, a stop here is highly recommended and the local favorite is the sunbun. Pretty much everything here is delicious and you can’t go wrong.nnTheir sandwiches are amazing but be warned, they only make a certain amount and once they’re sold for the day, that’s it.nnReally nice place to hangout and study, read or socialize with a couple of friends. Coffee is nice and fresh. Service is always good and an overall welcoming vibe.
