Lush Oasis MedSpa & Retreat

Booked and paid in full for a 90 min couples massage 4 days in advance online. It was a birthday gift for my fiancée. 30 minutes before our appointment, we received a call saying they didn't realize it was a couples massage and asked if they could massage us one after the other. They only had one massage therapist in and couldn't get anyone else to come in! That defeats the ENTIRE purpose of a COUPLES MASSAGE. Needless to say, I'm fuming and my fiancée's birthday is not off to a great start. Chose this spa because of the awesome reviews but I'm completely disappointed. You all should've been more thorough with confirming appointments. This is unacceptable!

This spa is a gem tucked away in Fox Run Shopping Center. I was there for a facial. Best I ever had. I was given a friendly greeting and escorted to a quiet relaxing lounge and offered a selection of teas, cookies, water. Please give it a try. I will recommend this business to my friends. Thank you and I will return. Tara was excellent.

Had a facial with Tara today and it was AMAZING. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I was immediately welcomed upon arrival and brought to their waiting area with tea, cocoa, snacks, and relaxing music. Tara was professional, carefully chose the correct products for my skin, listened to my concerns, and created a relaxing overall experience. Stress completely melted away, I felt like I was floating afterwards! Can’t wait to go for my massage in January!

We had a wonderful experience at Lush Oasis today! My brother gave us the gift of facials and massages here. The staff was kind and tentative. We had a nice room to relax in with refreshments while we each had our own relaxing massage/facial. I highly recommend Lush Oasis for yourself or a group event!

I’ve been to the salon several times for various services and each time I received the same great treatment! The environment is clean, warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. Great local spa offering a nice selection of services!
