The woman Jenny was very nice but I had my eyelashes done by her for the first time in my life and after I was done they hurt me so I went back and asked her to help me with that she did attempt to fix it but later that night when I went to sleep it was like the glue was just too much I've asked many people if they've had the same problem and they said no so therefore I need to go back and talk to them about either getting my money back or them trying to attempt it again. Unfortunately I was not able to go yesterday Saturday, because I had plans with my family and I went through the day with one eye of eyelashes and the other eye without I did have mascara thank goodness but it still did not look right. I ended up taking the other eyelashes off later Saturday night now it's Sunday and they are closed so I'm going to go there tomorrow which is Monday and see how they handle this. They were not a cheap, I'll be following up with another review ... Once I see how they're going to handle this. Wish me luck.

Staff was so pleasant and professional and friendly! Came here on a Friday to get nails done for a wedding and the gel manicure and pedicure turned out perfectly! So many colors to choose from! Such a fun place!! Would definitely go back!

I had an appointment at 2:30 a couple days ago. I came in ten mi it’s early like i normally do when i have a nail appointment anywhere to pick out my color. I sat in the waiting area until 3:45 for someone to start my pedicure. This is outrageous and i understand the pandemic and being behind but it is crazy for this place to make me wait an hour and fifteen minutes. I will definitely not be coming here and i will not be recommending this place to anyone

I've been going to Ricky's Nails for the past 15 + years, (even longer since I would come along with my mom as a child) and honestly it is the only nail salon that I will go to. They do such an amazing job everytime and they are always so friendly.nAlso Mike and Jenny are two of the most friendliest people ive ever meet, along with their other staff and sons. It's truley a wonderful experience!!
