Love the customer service. They're very nice and have a good sense of humor. Honestly, my only issue I have here is that sometimes they seem to be in a bit of a rush or not very focused. I've had my nails done here a few times and half the time they weren't the smoothest. Country roads if you catch what I'm saying.
I had the worst manicure and pedicure in my life!!! And don’t get me started on the epic failure color and design. We all go in with a Pinterest inspiration, I never expect it to look identical, but at least in the same ballpark. This one was very simple, one black line and a heart. It cost me 85.00 plus tip (and yes I do tip for bad service) and I walked out like looking like a five year old painted my nails! Will never go back!
While I love nails for you, you guys should know better. If an appointment is needed, you should let the public know that you need one. I will suspend my time from here on. You guys do lovely work, but don’t ask me what I want and then not even be able to help me. Yet another customer lost.nn**NEVER RETURNING HERE**nAlso, my daughter is VERY disappointed. All she keeps saying is “it’s not fair”.
I love this place they are always so nice and take their time they dont rush the job
So far this is the best place I’ve found in or around elkton to get my nails done that isn’t too cheap to take Amex! Haven’t had any complaints since going to this shop.
