Used them many times. I admit I messed up the date of the order. However, I tried calling over a 30 minute window. I called 5 times. Each time the phone rang and rang for 2 minutes then it would hang up on me. Nobody ever answered the phone and there was no way to leave a message. So disappointed. So now I have no lunch for today. Make sure you don't mess your order up because there is no fixing it with this place.

By far worst Panera we have been to. We did curbside pickup. French onion soup had no croutons, turkey bacon bravo had no bacon. Turkey BLT had no bacon. Ingredients were wilted and anything but fresh. We love Panera and have eaten it for years. First time trying this location and entire family was disappointed. I only give this two stars because the baguette and broccoli cheese soup were good.

A Panera being put on Sunset is the best thing Waukesha has done in a long time. I come here all the time (before the virus) & ever since they started delivering i order at least once a week. They have never messed up my order, the workers are always super kind & friendly. The delivery service is pretty fast too! The app is easy to use as well. Overall i love this store and the employees who keep it running!

Panera reminded me that supporting a chain during a tough time is not worth it. I ordered a salad. What I received was a wilted, partially iced-over pile of OLD meat and produce that clearly was made days prior. I understand the need to pre-make entrees for faster service, but paying $11 for a salad and receiving an old bowl of wilted, over-chilled, old ingredients is beyond disappointing. Lucky for them, I went through the drive-thru and didn't realize what I received until it was too late, but I doubt they would serve what I received as dine-in. Shame on you, Panera. I'll go back to supporting small business that serve fresh food.nWaste of $!!!

I wish I could of left a zero. Pickup order and one slice of turkey and no bacon. I see from other comments that this is common. I agree with not supporting big chains. I was going to go to another restaurant and wish I did. I won’t be coming back to this place or any other Panera’s again.
