My own experience here is always efficiently handled with the most friendly attitude.

Rude customer service reps, consistently hound you with phone calls to pay, great delivery drivers (only upside), management never calls you. I’m never buying another thing from Rent-a-center and I make a point to tell everyone that will listen about my terrible experience.

Absolutely love the staff here they are so helpful in finding anything you need and so polite and willing to work with you!

Friendly staff. Always have or can get what I want. I like it because if there is a problem with rental they will fix or replace.
