Cecil County Administration Office

Cecil County Administration building is located in a somewhat remote place where there is no heavy traffic in the area. Overall, the building and its area are clean and looking brand new. The public parking lot is big enough to accommodate 60+ vehicles at once. The brightly lit entrance lobby is clean, spacious, and serene. But you will not find a touch-screen sign-in system. Instead, every visitor must sign-in using a pen and paper.
