Staff is amazing and helpful. Very attentive and great customer service. Answered all my questions/concerns and resolved the issues I Had. And there was no waiting time. Great experience and will definitely make the drive to have this quality of service
Couldn't copy pictures from phones to computer. Spent considerable time fixing it and teaching me how all at no charge. Can't get that from Microsoft or Dell.
Customer service is not great. Wait times are always high and they don’t know what they are doing. I was here for an hour to then have the tech tell me he doesn’t know what to do.
Salesgirl was very helpful but they didnt have what I needed but overall a good experience.
Customer service didn’t know how to help and wait times were outrages. I wish I would of just got my stuff online it would of been faster
