Pastries by Penny

Penny and Pastries by Penny is the Best of the Best. She has a fabulous local bakery (badly needed !) and everything she makes is so delicious. I have loved everything of hers I've tried. Cute shop and decor too! Penny has also partnered with the Planet Fitness Club in Elkton as the only recommended bakery! I highly recommend you stop by and try all her yummy goodies!

Excellent scones, cookies and buckeyes. We tried several different flavored scones and they were moist and delicious. Buckeyes were huge and amazing. The 2 chip cookies were yummy as were all the mini desserts from the refrigerator. Great person and amazing baked goods. Look for the bright pink door for a sweet treat!

I purchased several different items to try. I loved the peanut butter icing on the chocolate cupcake and the spices cookies are fantastic. I did not like the cream cheese brownie at all and even though it was $5, I threw it away.
