Verizon wireless has good coverage. This store was helpful at getting my phone activated
All 3 girls we interacted with today we're awesome! They were extremely friendly, especially with our 3 year old. And also Crystal got us the best deals! Very satisfied with our visit today. Thanks ladies
Fantastic service the store was extremely busy and they were able to help everyone in a timely manner. Moving my stuff to my new phone took a long time since I never knew how to back it up and the 3 girls that work there made it a fun experience with chit chat and teaching me how to use my new iPhone. You can really tell that Crystal the store manager has her thumb on what’s going on and knows her stuff. I wish more retail stores were like this. ( she even told me some pretty cool places to camp!)
The ladies here are AMAZING. They are happy, friendly, funny, extremely knowledgeable, and with go above and beyond to help with any phone issues. When exceptional customer service is rare these days, these ladies are the prime example of absolutely perfect customer service. We love them!!!!
They said over the phone they could put in a Verizon sim card and activate my unlocked at&t phone to Verizon after I gave them my IMEI but when I went in they said they couldn't because their computer wouldn't let them because they believed it was a 72 hour wait period even though they said they could do it over the phone. So I wait 3 days and then I went over and they said the same thing again I showed them my at&t email saying it had been unlocked but they didn't care to look at it I EVEN went next door to the at&t guy and said that it had been unlocked and that it takes 24 TO 72 hours. So I went back and they said it still wouldn't work on the computers so I called the other Verizon store and told them my situation and he said no problem just put in a Verizon sim card and do it on the website... So thats what I did and now it works fine. Nice girls but very incompetent.
