When asked to put a mask on I told her that I was medically exempt and she would not help me until I was outside the door she was very polite but made me stand out in the cold to get help. It was maybe 40° outside. I will always drive the extra 10 miles to Spanish Fork. They were great, very helpful!

Ethan was very knowledgeable about the new phones available. Helped set up new iPhone SE. Store is very easy to get to with ample parking.
I needed a new phone and went ton authorized vendor store. There was a significant wait because of a 1:1 customer to agent ratio which I appreciated. The service was fast, complete and helpful. A great experience.
