Of all the recliners they had on the showroom floor, only FOUR were in stock. Then they tell you that the one you like takes SIXTEEN weeks (instead of four months - guess weeks makes it sound like a shorter period of time) to receive. I can't imagine how many sales are lost with this type of store. I won't go back.

Good quality. Good prices. Watch the sales. They will add a protection plan for $100 that you didn't ask for or want!! They didn't even tell me about it. I saw it on the receipt and rejected it.

Matt really went that extra mile to explain all of the options available to us and, walking us through the store to different recliners so we could experience each of the options. There was never any hard sell just friendly, informative conversation. We told him we would think about it and came back a week later and bought two.

The sales staff was very supportive and knowledgeable. Even with many other customers in store, took time out to help all. Joe was very good with color and pattern suggestions.
