As a first time home buyer, I ordered furniture for my new house with the help of Mr.Andrew Keys. I am so satisfied with American Furniture’s prices. I cannot recommend Mr. Keys more! He has been so helpful and nice through the entire process! He’s been super helpful in answering any questions I’ve had and has gone above and beyond with his customer service. Loving my new purchase from this store! The staff are friendly and helpful. Delivery was fast. They have an excellent selection. Almost all of my furniture came from here. Very pleased, as always! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend shopping this location for your furniture needs. Everyone is so pleasant and willing to help you find whatever it is you're searching for. Mrs. Valicia in the shipping department is absolutely the best . She works with your schedule to make sure your delivery is smooth. Great customer service all around.

After receiving the 2 new Ashley recliners, one had an area missing padding under the leather, and within 3 weeks it started to make a stretched out flaw in the leather. I contacted Tim and sent a photo. He put the service department right on it and within a couple of days, they replaced the new recliner with another new recliner! They delivered to Gulfport, MS from Slidell. That is service! Bravo Zulu to the amazing crew at American Furniture! I shall definitely be purchasing more from them!

My family and I receive excellent service every time we visit American Furniture II. I love that I can get multiple options of quality furniture in a range of price points. Our Ashley sectional is absolutely beautiful and I was shocked that we were able to get the couch and the ottoman at such a good price. Tim and his team will work hard to make sure you have a positive experience and it really shows! Will definitely be returning in the future.
