Sending shots out to my salesperson LAUREN A aka LO she was amazing to work with. She’s truly a people person who cares about the needs of customers in the store. She helped me design 2 rooms in my home and I love what we picked, couldn’t have done it without her. I spent a few hours with her and she never rushed me, and she could have done that to get to other potential customers walking around the store, she stuck with me.nShe educated me on mattresses, she educated me on design and color schemes . She gave me honest opinion on things. LAUREN it was great shopping with you and I will be back to get some art work. I recommend you go see this young lady when you visit this store. Recently visited looking for a new chair and storage ottoman for our master bedroom. Beautiful store, neat, and well maintained with many great furniture options. Our salesman, Dan was knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us lots of great ideas and helped us discuss our options. I cannot recommend him enough. If you need furniture, go see Dan! Overall, best furniture buying experience ever!!

My husband and I went to Rooms To Go yesterday and today. Our sales associate Lauren Anderson assisted both of us and was very helpful and informative both days. Today we purchased the Apartment Sofa - Smoke, which we just love. We appreciate Lauren's patience as we were unsure of exactly what we were looking for, and with her knowledge of the products she is selling, she guided us to find exactly what we wanted. Her knowledge of the different products was very important to us. We are contemplating purchasing a mattress set Lauren showed us today, and we will definitely look for her to make that purchase as well.

My experience was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival, Mr. Adrian greeted me in a professional and courteous manner. Mr. Adrian listened to my needs and wants on selecting the right bedroom set. I felt very comfortable about my purchase so I did not hesitate. Mr. Adrian was able to assist by making the purchase go by smoothly and quickly. Mr. Adrian explained everything throughly and made sure I understood my warranty etc. I have brought many pieces of furniture in the past but have never felt so embraced and well understood about what I was interested in. Wendy King, our salesperson was so patient and informative!! She helped me and my husband choose our furniture for our new home.
