Really needed a lift recliner..really bad. They had one but could not sell it because the manager forgot to price it and was off . Seems he was unavailable and beyond the reach of technology. I was forced to go back the next morning because of covid induced furniture shortage they are the only ones I could get what i desperately needed. Once we arrived there wasn't much of a show of empathy or apologies for all the trouble we went through. Just here it is, we will load it up. This was over a $1k purchase so i was at least expecting some remorse and possibly something...anything for my second trip.nnThis is why people buy online, no real expectations of customer service other than accurate AI generated responses.nnThey get 2 stars only because their best person Hazel gets 5 stars and the two guys that loaded me up were nice.nnAllen and the other follicle challenged guy get negative ratings so thank goodness for Ms Hazel.nnDo better local people or Amazon will close your doors!

We were very pleased with them when we built our house 11 yrs ago and got our appliances from here. We had to get a new washer a few months ago and came back to Daniel’s. The man was very helpful and informative. They delivered our washer on a Saturday and took the old one off our hands. The guys that delivered set everything up and quickly, too.
