The salesman Chris was professional and friendly. He has been my salesman for over 25 years and always makes sure my furniture needs are excellently met. The processing was friendly and efficient. The delivery team was timely friendly and made sure they wore their masks. Everything was great. I highly recommend Twin gate Ivan Smith Furniture and tell the manager Lewis that I sent you. After 3 months of sitting on a floor and our other furniture kept getting pushed back from another company, I visited your store and the very next day got living room furniture for my new home. Customer service was great and they held their word in fulfilling their promise. Great store to shop.

Im a repeat customer. Chris on Louisville has been our sales person for over 10yrs. Best sales person. Will treat you like you the most important customer. But I will not forget about Toya and Ms. Glenda always a smile on their faces Mr. Lewis not so bad either ud83dude09

I told them I work from 9 to 1. I could get a delivery anytime after. They scheduled my delivery from 9-12. So I canceled my order.
