This was my first time purchasing any kind of furniture , so I was very excited. Everything was fine until the day they came to deliver my bed and dresser . Basically , while trying to put my bed together they noticed and piece didn’t fit and it was basically defective . Which I know it wasn’t their fault , it was the company they ordered it from . So I called that day which was last Friday to see when could I get another bed because I had already thrown away my other bed because I thought I was getting a new one . So at this point I had to put my mattresses on the floor and sleep like that for a week because I kept calling and calling and no one could ever even give me a date on when my bed would be in . It took for my mom to call the manger “John” of Monroe store . And all of a sudden my bed was in and was ready to be delivered. Also , the manager was very rude and has a nasty attitude over the phone and I feel like if anyone should have had an attitude it shoulda been me , the person who has to sleep on the floor for a week on just mattresses . So I would say they have very poor services and I will NEVER spend my money with them again .
