My husband and I love coming here. We try to come at least once a year to get the couples spa package.

I purchased gift cards the end of the year, requested to book a couples massage, I was told the books were not open for February, so I called to schedule for Feb. now I’m being told no gift cards can be used the week of Valentines, I would have kept my money and used it! Very Unhappy customer, thing is I go there a lot! WHAT OTHER SPA WOULD LIKE MY MONEY????

I always get gift cards for massages and have no trouble booking my appointments at any spa in Baton Rouge. When I called the Jefferson location they wanted me to pay before booking the appointment. I let the lady know that I have a gift card and she still refused to give me an appointment unless I pay her. I asked to talk with a manager and she said she will have the manager call the next day. The manager never did call. They must not care about their business or customer service not to follow up with any client. Very poor service to their customers. NOT SURE WHY ANYONE SHOULD PAY WHEN THEY HAVE A GIFT CARD JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I go to Paris Parker often and non of them ask for anyone to pay to get an appointment. That is sad and will ask my friends not to ever get gift cards from them. The lady made sure to tell me the gift cards are non refundable. Hope no one else would loose their money with them.
