Nice place to go if you would like a relaxing and enjoyable time it was very delightful to have visited. And the reason why I rated a 4 out of 5 is only because when I visited, they offered no mimosas or even a bottled water ... would have been nice but still... as I said before I had a nice time. The masseuse I had was personable and professional as well. Oh where to start... The place is so serene, from the moment I went in I felt at peace. I got a 50 min massage from Taylor and it was the best massage of my life! I've been to several different places over the years, and always been somewhat satisfied, but the massage I received from Taylor, just neck, shoulders, back, left me feeling as though I had taken anexity medication. I was so calm and tranquil. I honestly never thought I could feel that relaxed after a massage. I will be back!nSide note, I've told my husband that the best gift he or anyone else can give me is a Woodhouse gift card. ❤ufe0f

Went TWDS(BRLA) today, Sunday, to take my son for the gentleman’s facial. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The black girl there at the front desk is horrible. She repeatedly took her mask on and off. My receipt says her name is Jania. When my son and I walked in we were not greeted. Seemed as if she was the only one there. This was supposed to be our first of many times returning to this business.nJania was sharp-toned, abrupt, very rude and extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Jania was nonchalant and refused to correct mischarges of products we were going to purchase after my son’s facial. The products say one price but the computer rang up another price.nI brought it to Jania’s attention and she said she was not authorized to correct the error and her manager was not there and that someone would call me tomorrow. She told me to have a good day and shewed me away with her hand as if I were a fly. We left the products there and I took a picture of the receipt. So I was charged almost $300 for a $90 “gentleman’s facial” and products I am not in possession of or correctly charged for. Horrendous.nDo not go here! The treatment by Jodie was excellent but what came afterwards was preposterous!nThe Woodhouse Day Spa is a rip off and the people who work there are not nice or caring. There is no supervision and the employees don’t want to be there.

Wonderful Swedish body massages (couples massage). They pay attention and listen to what you ask for and cater to your needs. Thanks!!
