I have never been more satisfied with the tanning salon as I have experienced here. The staff are absolutely wonderful and courteous . The facility is spotless thank you to all that make it a wonderful place to get away and relax .
Love the shop. Everyone that works there is kind and helpful. Would they all my friends to go there. Thanks for all your help.

Without going into long drawn out details, I think it best described as saying I've had the worst week that anyone could imagine. So after spending two hours tearing my house apart for the keys that were lost by a drunkard earlier today, I finally find them. All I can think of is getting away from it all and doing something for myself to make a small positive difference in my frustrating world. I race 30 mins to my local spa. I get there at 8:25. Yay, I made it I thought. Finally something went right. I get to the counter and was denied a tan. There was ONE customer in the whole store besides me and they were already in there, so I was told to come back tomorrow. Which I told her I couldn't. You can't imagine the disappointment that fell over me. It was the straw that broke the camels back. I've sat here in my car and cried for the last 20 mins. You just don't know how much a small act of kindness would have made a huge difference to your customer. You were still open for 35 more mins. Both myself and the other customer would have been finished before 9pm. The employee was sitting there on her cell phone doing absolutely nothing. If getting out of there at exactly 9pm is what's most important to your business, then Planet Beach must not be the right place for me.
I had my third visit there today, I have used their stand up tanning bed three times now, the ladies all have been very nice...I just wish they had a pricing list of all the prices that we could physically look at other then having to be told by the girls...
