4 months after paying for a sofa and love seat no one in this company has called and give us any kind of update. When we call them we get a rude person giving us the run around. It's unbelievable how they treat their customers. I will never do business with or recommend this company to any one.

There was a HUGE flea market outside,and V. Watts furniture store inside to keep you shopping and buying for hours.nIt's all on the second Saturday of every month.nGet there early for the best parking spot. But, if you come later,there is parking on the other side of the road.nLivingston Parish Sheriff's officers stand ready to help cross the road,and control traffic.nThere were several food stalls,too.

Went in today to look around ... was greeted at the door and went off looking at bedroom sets. No pressure setting , really nice furniture... I WAS interested in purchasing several things and here’s why i left.nHere’s why this store missed out in a cash sale.nThe sales lady...nI’m a nurse and customer service is EVERYTHING to me... I treat my patients with kindness and compassion so in return when I’m out in public and I’m being respectful I demand the same respect or I’ll leave ... Had she smiled , looked me in the eye, spoke to me directly, had a friendly helpful demeanor, there would have been a $3500 sake today. A bedroom set and a table and chair set .nSo my furniture search continues. I’ll spend my money with people who are genuinely nice.

Very unhappy with V Watts. We went in on Friday and ordered a bed set and sectional sofa. Went in, picked it out and they said the bedroom set would be here Monday. GREAT! But, the livingroom sectional would be delivered until around July. Ok. Cool. Well, here it is Monday. They delivered the bedset. First, the headboard was gray and the bed was white, they grabbed the wrong mattress, the box spring was to small for the bed and the wrong mattress they brought. The dresser wasnt right ,but dirty to boot. Very unhappy because we had cleared out the room for them to come. Beyond mad, asking for mother in law money back on everything. I will never shop at V Watts again.

The people at v watts are the best. I had a spot on my table and needed the repair department. The receptionist (Christy) told me what to try and it worked. The stain is gone. It’s really impressive when even the people answering the phone can give good advise. Thank you Christy. You are the best!!
