I used to be a regular and then a few days before my birthday I went and got wax and I made sure to communicate do not touch my eyebrows and the woman said she understood and I ended up with half of my eyebrows gone and she tried to get away with charging me twice and when my friend who treated me to the salon went to ask for a refund she was instantly called a liar and i was called a liar because we were unhappy with their service and we felt ignored when we communicated.nnI do not recommend.
