FAMILY NAILS AND SPA

I have heard nothing but good reviews for this salon, but I am not happy with my experience. :( I would like to add as well I had posted one review yesterday, which they deleted instead of getting in contact with me about the service I received. I got French tip dip nails, which is a staple for any nail salon, and half of my nail is white. It definitely does not look like French tip at all. Thirty minutes after leaving the salon, the tip has faded and looks awful. I am not sure how that even works, but the top parts on my thumbs now appears clear, not white. They are also way shorter than I requested because the lady kept cutting them down further in an effort to make them even. I’m very upset because I have a wedding soon. I also pressed no receipt when checking out, so I can’t go back to get it fixed. We waited so much in between each tiny step and it took way longer than most salons I’ve been to. My cousin is also not happy with her experience either. I will definitely be checking out other salons in the area before, or if I ever, give them my service again.nI hate leaving reviews but I spent a good amount of money for them to look terrible. :(

They do good pedicures and great massages but not nails. The nails were way too thick. Also, the last time I was there to get my solar nails removed they kept taking others ahead of me. I think it was because that service wasn't making them much money.

Great experiance!!!! My nails look amazing and everyone was so nice. The place was packed for a sunday and everyone was fast and efficient,both my friend and I were only there for an hour, no more!!!! I will be going back!!!

Sweet staff, and I never have sore fingers after my manicure like I've experienced with other places. I've already recommended Family Nails to friends, family, and random people I encounter. ❤ud83dude04
