Cemetery Manager fixed it for us, added dirt. Very friendly and respectful, but with no help from the guy in the office. Claims we hadn’t spoke before about it being in need of more dirt. Very upsetting.
Very poor up keep on the gravesites,after they mow the grass,some of the headstones are left covered with the cuttings. You look around and there's a lot of vehicles at the shop,but nobody moving around
Absolutely horrific experience... the woman “Becky” that greeted us, gripes that we came without calling as we entered through the door, even though a “friend” told her we were coming by. Then griped about the “2 hours” of paperwork that would be required. She had an extremely difficult time providing accurate prices, staying on track with the process and was so unprofessional with my family!nnWe left after her inability to show any professionalism, business etiquette or empathy. I hate this for Gallaghers Funeral Home next door, because they were so empathetic and professional. Our family highly recommends Gallaghers. Phillip (our funeral home director) could teach everyone at Forest Lawn few things about how to handle a family that is grieving... Tina
No communication between staff. Problems drag on for months without resolving. Disrespectful handling of our loved ones burial plot.
The cemetery is quite lovely. But the difficulty in scheduling funerals makes it hard to recommend them. Their scheduling practices are hard on families
