I had the pleasure of taking my new phone to Sprint Since I was unable to receive or send calls. I had originally purchased the I phone SE at Best Buy who transferred the data from my old phone. With the expert help of Vince and Andrew they were able to trace my problem to the wrong SIM card . I had inadvertently put the old SIM card in my new phone. Vince and Andrew were lifesavers in getting my phone to work as it should.

They still have the manager from Sorint there. He's always a joy to see. Know's what he's doing with cell phones/iPad. Always have a smile always willing to work with you and very polite.

I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH SPRINT. WHAT SETS THIS STORE ASIDE FROM OTHERS ARE THE EMPLOYEES. ESPECIALLY ANDREW DONAHUE. HE TREATS PEOPLE LIKE THEY DESERVE TO BE TREATED. HE ACTUALLY CARES. IT'S NOT JUST A JOB FOR HIM. HE WANTS PEOPLE TO BE HAPPY AND WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HIM. HE HELPED MY DAD WITH SOME ISSUES HE WAS HAVING WITH HIS PHONE AND WAS WONDERFUL.
