Great People with old soul customer service!!
Terrible !! They did a terrible job putting in our pool liner! We had a huge rock left under the liner and a ton of wrinkles left in it. They even installed the jet in upside down.When we tried to ask them to come out and fix their mess they acted as though they did us a favor by putting in our liner because we were out of the way. Once they finally came out to try and fix it they said the reason it messed up was because the liner wasnt big enough. We had to hire someone else to come and fix their mess. The pool liner fit perfect , with no wrinkles! I Wouldn't recommend Pool bandit to anyone!!
