They never bill correctly, always a wait, poor communication.
Today I got a flu shot from Leigh Ann and she was great!
Compared to the Whitewater Pharmacy the Manager LeAnn can count past 30 which I most days is an impressive but as I said the Walmart in Whitewater has difficulty doing this. It's very organized and LeAnn seems to run a tight ship. Also the pharmacy techs for the most part do a good job.
Sat there for almost 30 minutes, partly due to other customers but also due to them having me fill out patient information paperwork for my kids' flu shots and for her to enter everything on the computer just to tell me they were out of flu shots. Then I was told when I came back I would have to fill out the exact same form because the date would be different. What if I accidentally wrote down the wrong date, would they make me fill it out all over again??? Usually I cross out the date and write in the correct...wouldn't have been the first time and no big deal. And how about a simple handwritten sign indicating temporarily out of flu shots so none of this would have even happened. C'mon people.
People are friendly and pharmacists answer questions. Sometimes they are busy, but it all depends on the time of day and the day. Using the text message when prescriptions are ready is very helpful.
