Sculpt Massage

Kim asking what I needed from her services allowed us to hit it right off! She stretched me out first with her knowledge of Thai stretching, allowed me then to rest in the sauna for as long as I needed to, then proceeded to move into my massage. This was a wholesome experience and also a great self care day. Everything from the stretching, the sauna and the massage all worked exceedingly well together which is why I had such a great time. Felt truly relaxed.

Kim was very thorough in asking questions about focus areas, whether the massage was more for relaxation or pain relief or both, and making sure that I would get most out of my treatment. She was very professional and both her and her space have a very relaxing vibe and put one at ease immediately. I was also very impressed with her level of caution and cleanliness to make sure that client and customer were both kept safe and healthy. She wore a mask at all times, had fans and air purifiers running, made sure that she and I were the only people in the space, and her space was spotless. Two days later, I am pain free and feeling quite relaxed still! Looking forward to going back! Also highly recommend the dry sauna, especially during this cold winter weather.

Great experience, Kimberly is very knowledge about a wide array of massage and therapy techniques. Her communication was much appreciated, she had a willingness to listen to my concerns and areas of focus or injury. I really appreciated the sauna before the message it allowed my brain to relax from a long day at work and let me body be more prepared for getting the greatest benefit form the message.
