I can’t say awful enough things about this business/ membership. I spent over a year in the membership spiral like an absolute dolt. Every time I’d call to cancel they would either forget to email the paperwork or forget to process a skip that month and then trapped me with the whole “use all your credits in 60 days after you cancel” Finally when I was absolutely so sick of it I cancelled. Expressly asked if I’d be able to transfer credits to other people and was told I could (this is a bold face lie) and now am being told I can’t transfer them.nnDONT BECOME A MEMBER ITS LITERALLY A TRAP.nnI never leave bad reviews but honestly was so disgusted with this that I had to say something.

Fantastic experience! We have been Massage Envy members for a couple years and this is a great way to fix muscle spasms from high intensity training and tightness from prolonged sitting. We continually see Mr. Benford. He is great at removing knots via deep tissue massage and is almost constantly booked. Great service and COVID precautions, plus the rollover credits via the monthly membership make it a great deal.

Receptionist Tatiana was unprofessional and rude as well. Receptionist knew I lived in Marietta ga and I logged off from work at 4:30. I work from home and the commute from Marrietta to roswell us 35 minutes. She charges me saying it was a cancellation and knowing I was in route. I asked to speak with management she claim management was not available. I will be not coming to this location and I will tell other people about this facility and poor communication and wrong booking as well.
