Staff is extremely laid back and friendly, the spa has a very welcoming atmosphere. I’ve used it twice now for a deep tissue massage and both times the massage was great and helped get out some of the damage and lactic acid from working out. I plan to keep using them on a regular basis, and would recommend it to anyone in the area. Super accessible location right off of Veterans Parkway!

Why did I wait so long! Yesterday I had the 4 hour Deluxe package and it was the BEST thing I've done for myself. I was ready for another 4 hours when it ended. If you haven't tried one of their packages...I highly recommend it!! Caravail's is beautifully decorated and such an inviting environment, peaceful spaces and the staff was was very professional and expertly trained. I can't say enough wonderful things about this business and about the services. I highly recommend this experience.

I’ve been here twice. It’s awesome. The massage is so refreshing and relaxing too. The massage therapist really know what they are doing. Go get a massage here. You will not be disappointed.

Super relaxing atmosphere. Sauna is clean and the right temperature. As for the massages, if you need/want a medium to heavy hand ask for Becky. If you need/want a medium to light hand ask for Beth. Both ladies are great at what they do.

Clean, cute and very accommodating. Worked me in same day for shoulder pain. Left pain free and relaxed. When I’m in the area I would book again.
