I have been a loyal client at Joyful Day Spa for over two years. After having an extremely unprofessional experience at my last appointment, I decided I would not go back. I had my first appointment with my new lash artist where I was told that my natural lashes were extremely damaged due to them being glued together. I was also informed that the majority of my extensions were classic when Joy had been charging me for volume. I cannot speak for any service besides lashes, but because of her dishonesty, I would not recommend her to anyone.

Joy was so attentive during my massage and found knots that I didn’t even know were there! I felt totally comfortable with her and the spa is in such a cool old building. I bought a massage package and can’t wait to go back!
