This review is strictly in reference to a delivery that was scheduled for 21st of August and then 27 of August. I understand that during a pandemic there is an expected delay, But to set a date and don’t inform us that there will be no delivery that day is very inconsiderate. Like most customers we’ve waited patiently for 10 weeks and would’ve waited longer if we were properly informed. I’m upset because I rescheduled clients all because I was told that the date was set and never received a call otherwise!nnUpdated my review and I’m given 5 stars to the delivery guys. It’s been months but they werenvery professional on arrival.
Mrs. Conley was very helpful when purchasing my new furniture. She made sure to explain all the necessary qualities of the furniture. She was professional, courteous and well spoken during the entire process. I highly recommend her as a sales associate. When we decided to purchase again I will buy from Ashley Furniture & Mrs. Conley.
Very friendly staff and fair prices. We would definitely recommend.
Very nice service and merchandise, only things is my items took nearly 3 weeks to get delivered to the store and then to me. But other than that, I would shop here again.
Folks here helped me get what I wanted and how I wanted to pay for it.
