Terry was very helpful, but not pushy. He gave us time to think and make up our own minds. He was great at answering questions and showing us features of whatever we were interested in. I will be shopping at Lott’s again and I will have Terry help me. Thanks for great service Terry!

We were early for our appointment with April Merritt, yes she was standing at the door to greet us with a smile. I don’t know what my style was nor what fabric I really wanted. April know my family and worked through all the details, and got us seen about in about 45 minutes! Everyone was very professional & courteous!!! Buying experience with April??? I give it a 100 ud83dude03 Thanks April ~ for giving us what we wanted and making it painless!!!
