I went in to look at mattresses for myself and my two sons.nI had already looked in the Hamilton Place Area and wanted to see if I could find great quality with more affordable prices.nFirst of all the Owner was there and he was super friendly and helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and he assured me he could help me with what I wanted with affordable prices.nMy son and I checked out all his mattresses and I really was impressed with the excellent quality and had trouble choosing. The owner told me to “Take all the time I needed and that he understood that he wanted me to be 100% happy with my purchase.”nMy son went for the super plush mattress with box spring ( that was less then prior stores prices) while I ended up loving a super comfortable and affordable set ( I also bought for my other son )nThe owner told me about his 10 year warranty on all mattressesnAnd I was shocked that he could have my mattresses delivered to my home that same day for a small delivery fee.nnI am beyond Happy with all the Mattresses Sets I purchased that were delivered literally a hour and 10 min later to my home.nnI Highly Recommend this Mattress Store!!!nI will recommend them to all my friends and family.

The best experience in purchasing a mattress. There was no pressure in purchasing a mattress from Billy. Excellent customer service, everything was excellent. I highly recommend them on your next mattress purchase. Great service, great prices. Also they are made in the USA mattresses!

This was the most painless experience my husband and I have ever had shopping for mattresses. We came in with the expectation of getting a King mattress and ended up getting two additional mattresses for our kids. Great quality mattresses at that. He listened to what we needed and gave us exactly that for a price that was well under what we budgeted for. Customer service was great. With me customer service can make or break a business, because there are other companies selling the same products willing to earn your business, so your customer service is what sets you apart from the pack. We will definitely be back if we need to for our other beds, also we’ll spread the word on your business. Thanks again

Theses people were great they didn’t try to rip us off and they were kind to our budget. I had the best nights sleep last night that I have ever had. I would recommend Mattress Outlet of Chattanooga to everyone.

We weren't rushed or pushed into making a purchase that wouldn't suit our needs. He didn't try to push any brand of mattress on us at all like most mattress stores do. Instead he educated us on every option & showed us all options with comparisons. We had a lot of variables with each mattress we needed & he made sure that we got the best quality for each specific need of our children & ourselves. He wasn't trying to make a sale but instead he was trying to help us get the best for what we needed to have quality sleep. We will come back when we need a new mattress in future & we highly recommend to everyone out there searching for a new mattress set!
