After calling several times, about a specific fabric was looking for, I always enjoyed receiving attentive customer care service from the store when I called. I was impressed they were willing to order the right color of the fabric I was searching for. After visiting their store for the first time , I was pleasantly pleased they had the exact color I was looking for. They did not need to make a special order for me. I noticed they had a very large selection of different fabrics. Everything seemed to be well organized. I am so glad I visited their store. It was worth the trip.
Love the selection (5 stars), love the service (Kathleen is terrific! - 5 stars), but three of four folks worked unmasked (0 stars), and three customers were allowed in without masks (0 stars). This, on the day that the President is diagnosed with COVID. Beware.

Joy has been an absolute lifesaver. A simple cold-call regarding a fabric that no one in Nashville could find lead to her searching and searching and finding it through a different supplier. Her customer service is far above any experience I’ve had elsewhere. She is amazing!!
I have been shopping at Associated Fabrics for over 50 yrs. and the fabric selection and prices are wonderful. I love the staff they're always helpful and friendly.
