Popped into Fowler Brothers today... the store looks amazing!
They were very nice
Wonderful experience, sales associate Laura was so incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I have been searching for a bed for some time, and the patio shoppe has not only the best prices, but the best customer service as well. Thank you for helping me find the perfect bed for my daughter! I will highly recommend you to anyone looking for furniture.
Great buying experience... The sales person addressed all our needs and the customer service is awsome. Arranged next day delivery and the delivery personal went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place just as we wanted! Will definitely buy again!
They had fixed some chairs for us before, no problem. This time I dropped the chairs, went by a week later only to find they hadn't started the work until I paid in full in advance. Yikes. Nobody had said anything about that when I dropped them, so I swallowed hard and agreed to proceed even though it felt like a bait and switch. Then they called about the seats and I had to pay in advance on that as well. I won't be back needless to say. I can find someone else who is a bit more customer friendly to work with.
