Unclaimed Furniture and Mattress

My husband and I bought furniture from them during a 3 room special they had going on and they said they would store our living room furniture in their warehouse until we were ready for it even after I told them it would probably be about a year before we needed it. They said it was no problem. My husband and I were moving into our new place and I went in the day before we were moving and told them that we were ready for our furniture. They said they would have to find it bc they didn’t know which warehouse it was in. The next day they called and said they couldn’t find it and even if they could it would probably be impossible to get to bc it would most likely be in the back of their warehouse. They said I could choose another couch and love seat set but they only gave me 2 options to choose from. Either an ugly baby blue swayed couch or a stiff olive colored couch. My husband and I have kids so we had to have living Room furniture so we picked the olive colored couch and had to drive all the way to Highway 58 to pick it up. I hate the couch! It’s uncomfortable and doesn’t match anything that I had bought for my living room to match the furniture that I originally picked out and paid for! They told me there was nothing they could do. So I’m paying for some furniture that I hate! Do NOT do business here. Not to mention the furniture isn’t good quality furniture.

I love how the store associates work together to make sure I found what I needed! It wasn’t about making a sale at their store but making sure I was happy as a customer an found what I needed. Great store with great prices!
