I would give less than a star if it would let me. My whole family is buried here. We are constantly having trouble. My mother died in August. They did not offer a chair for the elderly. There was no easy way to get to the grave side. The staff was rude. Now they won't replace the vase on the grave. They moved the vase that was there for the burial. Now they say it was stolen. Not true. Also they broke the vase on my sons grave and have not fixed it. His head stone is sinking and looks awful. Also my husband and I have already purchased our plots. When we went to the cemetery there is a stone marker of someone else. This is right where our head stone should be. This used to be a really nice cemetery. It's a shame.

Linda helped us out tremendously with my brothers head stone. Very satisfied

So I went to visit my mom today for mother's day and the director asked me if everything was ok in his words except that mommas dead in a cemetery. Wow I was in shock brokenhearted and furious all at the same time. He needs to learn how to show sympathy instead of worrying about his clipboard he was carrying. I remember when they handed out carnations for mothers now they are handed out heartbreak.

Very rude staff. Gravesite not prepared properly. Wish I could give a half star rating. A very disgusting and disappointing experience.

My mother Inlaw has a plot here bought in 1973 when she buried her husband. She passed a couple weeks ago. Marker has Been down since 1973 complete except for the date of death for her. I called Linda Cherry to see when it would be mounted. She proceeded to tell me that it would be any extra $300 for the little plate. I asked if it was paid for when the marker was bought she said probably not. I said can you look and see She said She didn't have the paper work in front of her. I said when you do let me know. She wanted my wife in there the next day to sign papers. I say it was to try to hook and crook her into buying a plot. $$$$$$. I told MrsCherry someone would be by there sooner or later. Opening and closing was already paid in cash. She says well after the upcoming weekend the marker price would increase 10-20%. Yea she did.$$$$$. My sister in law called up there five minutes later and read them the right act then suddenly the date plate had been paid for back in 1973. They said MrsCherry had read the paperwork in correctly. She never looked up the paperwork. Proof that they were just trying to get me to bring more cash by that weekend. There is a special place for people like this. Barry Falls.
