The new store manager is beyond outstanding.nI always dreaded coming into to store before .nI stopped 2 days in a row and was welcomed and assisted never feeling my questions were stupid.nHe was caring, concerned and extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the products.nHe was able to multi task ensuring everyone was greeted!nThank you for the awesome service. Tom, at the store, his perseverance is beyond belief! Didn't lose patience, didn't fret the unprecedented challenges he faced on our account. Extremely pleasant experience after a not so pleasant experience from the online customer care team. I was about to call it quits on 2 brand new lines and move over to Verizon. Guess who saved that from happening? TOM!
