I ordered a coffee table over a week ago. I called today to check on the status.. And nobody has any idea about this order. Signed papers and all! Very upsetting! Sad to know my order was never placed some how someway! Badcock will lose my business once my account is paid in full! This could of been handled differently! But unfortunately it was not!
The staff was very friendly. Mrs. Vicki is amazing very warm friendly she made my experience right at home. She smiled and served me with kindness!
Awesome place but there ads are misleading.. Went to get washer and dryer set and ad said 24 month interest free and I have good credit and they said it wouldn't be interest free for that long, only 6 months.. ud83dude29
The lady in the red shirt was short with us but enjoyed the store.
Great place to get what you need in life. The staff are friendly n very helpful. You get approved and a good credit limit. Got a washing machine and dryer n I love it, so far it's been great.
