I was there on the afternoon of March 23 2021. Purchasing a Washer & Dryer. Or trying to. The gentleman assisting me was not very interested in the task, but another couple were looking for a refrigerator. and he so rudely left me hanging and went to help them. Needless to say. I went to Lowe's and made my purchase. If I could have given him a 0 star I would have.
I was assisted by a young man named Jonathan who went out of his way to help me. He even went outside and found me a cart to haul my roofing material on. And a young man named Baker just showed up to help me load it. My hat's off to the management at home Depot on flowery Branch it takes a great management team to hire good staff and assistance
Better this visit. Some knowledgeable staff for a welcome change! Still hate the self checkout. Miss live human beings like Lowes has. Doesn't make any sense to have every customer use the same gross handheld scanners! At Costco you can slide goods over the scanner.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. It was an amazing experience. Well done.
D'Marki (I think he was an outdoor lot associate) was so helpful. All I knew was what the item I wanted to purchase looked like, and he figured out what I was talking about and knew exactly in the store where it was located (it is a rain gutter splashguard). He took me to the correct bay even though it was all the way across the store from the garden section.
