The absolute worst experience I have had with threading to this day! I warned the stylist to be careful with the sides of my eyebrows, as they are very thin and take a longer time to grow out. She did not listen, and she ended up removing WAY TOO MUCH hair. Now I have one eyebrow that is shorter than the other. I asked to be compensated for the poor experience via a gift certificate or coupon, and they refused to do so. The manager was also very unhelpful. I am a loyal customer and have been coming to begums salon for two years now. However, after today, I will not be returning, nor will I refer anyone else. Be warned if you plan to visit this location.
Everyone is always so nice at Begums. I really appreciate your salon being so clean and sanitized. I felt so comfortable getting my services done. Thank you.
Went to this location after reading reviews. Salma gives GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m in look with my eyebrows. She did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back to see her soon!
